Start BITS:

1. Go to Start >> Run >> regedit
   
   
2. Locate the following registry subkey:

   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\BackupRestore\FilesNotToBackup
   

3. If the FilesNotToBackup key exists, then skip to step.
   If that does not exist, we need to create key by following steps:
   Right-click BackupRestore >> New >> Key >> Type FilesNotToBackup and then press ENTER.
   
   
4. Exit Registry Editor.
   
   
5. Start >> Run >> services.msc >> Double-click Background Intelligent Transfer Service >> General tab >> click Start.

• Locate BranchName and make sure it shows: FBL_AWESOME1501. If it doesn't, change it.
  If there is no BranchName then you need to create new key with that name and value shown.
  
• Locate ThresholdRiskLevel and change it to: low.
  If there is no ThresholdRiskLevel Then you need to create new key with that name and value shown.
• Find ThresholdInternal and delete it.
• Find ThresholdOptedIn and delete it.
