5. Force stop Google Drive and Re-launch

1. Open Settings.
2. Navigate to App Manager or Apps option.
3. Search for Google Drive app option and tap on it.
4. Tap on Force Stop option.
5. Re-launch google drive app now and try loading your video files again.

6. Clear Google Drive cache

1. Open Settings.
2. Navigate to App Manager or Apps option.
3. Search for Google Drive app option and tap on it.
4. Tap on Storage option.
5. Now, tap on Clear Cache option.
6. Re-launch google drive app now and try loading your video files again.

7. Update Google Drive or Google Chrome App

1. Open Google Playstore.
2. Search for Google Drive app in store.
3. Tap on Update option.
4. Do the same for Google Chrome browser app as well.
5. Allow the apps to be updated.
6. You might need to restart your mobile.
7. Now, try playing your Google Drive videos again.

8. Disable VPN connection or Firewall settings

Check if your phone is connected to any unknown VPN and if YES, disconnect your phone from any VPN source. Maybe, your Google Drive video files are not allowed to be accessed from any VPN network IPs.

Also, disable Firewall settings on your phone which might prevent you to access or share video on google drive.

9. Reset network settings

This could be the last solution since you are going to Reset all the network settings.
Don't worry, it won't delete anything and you won't lose any data, you will just have to reconnect again to your mobile network or have to re-type passwords to connect to your WiFi network.

5. You might need to restart your mobile.
6. Now, re-connect to the network and check if you can play Google Drive videos successfully.
